OfficeSuite 8 now supports over 56 languages. Files can be shared through cloud services like OneDrive, DropBox, Box, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud Drive, SugarSync as well as through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi direct and email. OfficeSuite app carries built-in File Browser to access any files stored on phone memory or external memory card.
Additionally, PDF camera scanning, digital signature support and permission management is also supported. Thus users can view, edit create or convert PDF documents as well.
The supported office formats included for free are DOC, DOCX, DOCM, XLS, XLSX, XLSM, PPT, PPTX, PPS, PPSX, PPTM, PPSM. Users can lookup words in Oxford English Dictionary directly from this app. Nice presentations can be created by adding charts, tables, images and editing text. User can preserve document formatting and track changes made to documents. The notable features included in this app are creating large office documents with familiar desktop style interface. Still, I won’t say it is the best freeware office suite as developers are providing several features after purchasing them. Now, you do not need to get a separate app for that purpose. Plus the app supports conversion of PDF documents to or from other formats. Among the crowd of free office suites, OfficeSuite 8 stands out with its unique and easy to use features.
